Admitting was th easiest part for me everyone already knew my sinister ways including me, but forgiving yahself is a fcker that takes time. For you to forgive yahself you have to do good deeds to others. Sounds corny but just see how your self image starts to change. Suddenly you start seeing yahself in a different light. You have compassion, love, care, understanding. You just transformed to a fundamentally good person. So be selfish, help others to help yahself.

A community can only rise as high as ets women and boooy we sunk to th bottom of this deep ocean. A good way to get out of yah lower self is to pick new heroes. I look up to real wise women with virtues such as Maya Angelou, Ellinor Roosevelt and my dads wife.
