@kdokdokdo
everyone of my friends got me n themselves fucked up thinkin there’s some mythical mystical ethereal ‘kdo girl’ who is brilliant inventive driven lithe etc adj etc and all that but after recent diligence and industry analysis and a lot of fizzled out flings n things nah it’s a sisyphean task to find that aesthetic and not anything anyone is beholden to complete in regards to me bc tbh rly i am as always gravitating towards kind-faced warm-hearted intellectually-intimidating confidence-eviscerating yung lil med school student who embraces me without equivocation and shares/bares their entirety under the duress of impending changes of addresses and hushed whispers over pounding heartsÂ

We often think of peace as the absence of war, that if powerful countries would reduce their weapon arsenals, we could have peace. But if we look deeply into the weapons, we see our own minds- our own prejudices, fears and ignorance. Even if we transport all the bombs to the moon, the roots of war and the roots of bombs are still there, in our hearts and minds, and sooner or later we will make new bombs. To work for peace is to uproot war from ourselves and from the hearts of men and women. Root out the violence in your life, and learn to live compassionately and mindfully. Seek peace. When you have peace within, real peace with others is possible.

‘it was after sex, when there was still heat and mostly breathing, when there was still touch and mostly thought ... it was as if the whole world could be reduced to the sound of a single string being played, and the only thing this could make me think of was you. sometimes desire is air; sometimes desire is liquid. and every now and then, when everything else is air and liquid, desire solidifies, and the body is the magnet that draws its weight.’
‘Am I crazy?’ she asked. ‘I feel like I am sometimes.’ 'Maybe,’ he said, rubbing her forehead. 'But don’t worry about it. You need to be a little bit crazy. Crazy is the price you pay for having an imagination. It’s your superpower. Tapping into the dream. It’s a good thing, not a bad thing.’
