He left on read 3 months ago but today, he followed me on ig. He messaged me saying that he just wanted to say hello and hoped that I’m doing well.

I wanted to say “I’m not doing well. I’m not okay. I’m still heartbroken. I’m still hurt. I still think of you. I still miss you.” But I know I need to distance myself. I just said thank you.
