the sheer evil of humanity is bone-chilling :)

just thinking about every animal that knew nothing but suffering their whole life. and were then slaughtered just for someone’s tastebuds

thinking about how i was complicit in this senseless violence for so long. how many died for my sensory pleasure. how i joked about loving meat or cheese too much to go vegan

thinking about the billions of animals in their tortured existence, right now. all of them headed towards the same fate. to be used as a resource for humanity

confined in cages. scared and overcrowded. maimed, sick, dying. imagine being born into suffering, imagine that is all you ever know, all you ever will know. for no other reason than you were born the wrong species

every single one of those animals are unique individuals. they don’t want to hurt. they don’t want to die. and I can do nothing for them

#im haunted by it #it kills me knowing I can’t save them #truly makes me just want to kill myself to get away from the horror of it all #and yet as deeply as I feel from this…it’s nothing in comparison to what the animals go through #so I have to keep fighting #because they don’t have a voice #I’ll be their voice!!! I convinced my gf to go vegan!!!! that’s something!!!! even one person makes a difference #and I’ll try my best to advocate for animals when im a lawyer #ken.txt
