We all want to change something about ourselves. Putting up a front of confidence only to break down behind closed doors. Too many nights are spent leaving salt water stains on our pillows because we want to be prettier thinner smarter stronger better. All while still wishing you would be less judgmental of yourself and just be happy. But, humans are never happy nothing is ever good enough no one is content with what they have. We destroy our bodies to fit into a mold of perfection only to realize when we are old and grey you will not thank for the mental abuse you put yourself through. No, you will sit there and stare at a picture of a person with broken eyes that you no longer recognize and wish that they hadn’t listened to themselves. But it’s too late now they can’t take back all of the harsh words and unforgivable actions they didn’t know any better. Now it’s up to us to apologize for what we put ourselves through and make sure that we don’t spit out generation after generation of dissatisfied humans. It ends with us.
