Page 38. See a random child that has just undergone a painful and terrifying transformation into a half-dead specter? Ignore it and go back to work at erasing the memories of the vast majority of the people on Earth. In all honesty, Desiree is probably one of the most powerful ghosts in the show because of how much of the fabric of reality she can actually change. It’s kind of terrifying.
