bsdoodle has a protected account, mogeyamamolx explicitly prohibits reposting on their profile, omt and hico also explicitly prohibit it on their profiles as well.

These are only some examples from looking through the past couple of weeks of the blog, there’s probably more.

I'm begging you, do something with DESHAKIRA! This is unbelievable blogger! I cry every time when see her post around!

Hi, Tumblr (and most sites in general) can be pretty bad with sticking to copyright laws and taking down users who break policies. 

You can try reporting deshakira at [email protected] or separate works at tumblr.com/dmca; make sure to mention that you have been authorized to act on behalf of the artists (usually through their profile, if the artist has expressly forbidden reposting). You can also send asks asking for the user to stop. Deshakira has largely been ignoring these asks, however, and their anonymous is shut off as well. 

You can also try to talk to them/be friendly with them until you can start convincing them to stop stealing from artists. 

Most of this can be time taking though, and it's probably easier to tell people to not reblog/like/follow them.

Yo! also these blogs (himaritakakura12, juz-blaq, maaakotos) reposting unauthorized material from pivix artist. First blog repost official scans without credits and some fanarts sources are wrong, please take this into consideration!

noizybunnyboy, blfantasy, imayoshisatsuki, purpurrpurrrin, miss-cigarettes - all these users are re-posting every day unauthorized material from japanese artists who have been forbidden any repost! take this into attention!

The list isn’t very selective and rules for getting off/on the list are subject to change (since it’s mostly for reference). Messages may be lost due to Tumblr.

It’d also be nice if you used the submit to provide links/evidence to particular posts, and you can still stay anonymous by using a fake email (ex, [email protected]) when you sign out.

as it turned out some popular japanese artists aren't cute. after reading all these posts "how important, firstly, to ask permission" i wrote a few jap artists and in response they just jeered at me. we understand that they do not speak english well, as every from us isnt good in japanese, but we try to be most nice and contact them their language even if it broken. after all i feel myself very sad and have not anymore ask them anything. sorry (i'll add just credits)

Since they're popular, it's expected that they must be getting a lot of asks about posting their art. Make sure to check their profile before asking. (Wouldn't it be weird to ask if you could post their art when they already forbid it on their profile?).

If you really wanted to share their art, you could just include the link to the art on pixiv instead of downloading and posting their art on another website.

Thanks for the ask! A warning has been sent to irisviel-yukinashin for now. The user has been reposting for a while, but lately, hasn't reposted as much.

However, one of the more recent reposts is from a protected twitter account, and the user is known for taking down art when asked--if it persists, irisviel-yukinashin will be added to the list.

fckyeahfangirl(.)tumblr(.)com This blogger has been reposting monochrome, cut and clean versions of pictures (as everyone from us know this is strictly prohibited) from pixiv artists whom does not allow any repost. Please, contact them and ask for the stop!!!

I don't know if it had been made clear but just for informational purposes, the last message from pixiv artist アヤハマSAYA says not to reproduce her arts (therefore permission not granted)

Unfortunately sekaiichiyaoi does /not/ ask for permission; they have countlessly reposted from Japanese and Korean artists who explicitly say not to reupload their art. I hardly believe they would grant permission after stating such rule. If she had truly gotten permission, why does she ignore all messages that tell her to take it down? Before you take her name off, I'd instead like to see the proof from ALL of the artists she has talked to. That shouldn't be hard since they're just screenshots.

kise-ryouta-cchi, tricja, and flyfree13 have been reposting unsourced art in the aokuro tag and have been added to the list of reposters who repost without sources/permission.

They don't have asks/submit turned on, so they are being mentioned here in the aokuro tag.

It is advised to not follow these blogs, reblog or like from them.
