You know that feeling when you and your friend both have OCs and headworlds and a bunch of random unique little ideas and you decide to mash them all together like barbie dolls, but then it just keeps getting bigger and more complex and soon it's all just one giant world where all your OCs live?

Welcome to Aphara.

Aphara is roughly 90K miles in diameter, with two moons, two crooked rings, and a white supergiant sun. The differences between Aphara and Earth are countless, but to start;

Time: While the hours are the same, 60 minutes each, the days, weeks, months, seasons and years are vastly different.

34 hours in a day, 18 of those belonging to the night on average. 12 days in a week, based upon the lunar cycle of the smaller moon, Umbriel. 6 weeks in a month or 'Cycle', based upon the larger moon's, Ganede, lunar cycle. 4 Months in a season, the change of which is marked by a double lunar eclipse. And 8 seasons in a year.

Making for a total of 2304 days in an Apharan year.

This makes for much longer lived inhabitants, harsher seasons, and a variety of different biomes across the planet.
