breakthough moment in a contextual user inquiry
In writing over 60 user personas, I don’t imagine them as a catchall. However, there are archetypes and their desires, aims and challenges intersect in a surprising yet actionable wayÂ
In client-side and agency teams, I've conducted 3-hour Simulation Workshops–collaborative session that bring together stakeholders across the product, deal or deliverable lifecycle. Step by step, we review and gain insight on what’s working, what’s not, and why. The sessions enable confirmation of current journeys and baselines while identifying opportunities for improvement. Utilizing entire teams from across the US, often in the room together for the first time, the "Eureka!" Moments can be heard throughout the space.
