How to be happy in 7 easy steps
Why is it to hard to be happy?
Yes, I asked that question to myself so many times. Maybe it happens to you that your “comfort zone” is not enough, maybe you have that sensation where you know there is a way to feel better with your life… If it is like that… Congratulations, for those like me, who ask theirself things and they want to know how to be happy or at least try!
If you are reading this, is a good sign that you want to change. Good for you! Because I prepared some tips that helped me, and I’m still sure that if you prove them, you can also get it. 😊
♥ First, choose to be happy, then think how to be happy.
You can start right now with simple changes like: Forgive, let it go, calm down (you can’t control everything) prioritizes peace, define your values, smile a little more, say thanks, don’t push yourself, eat slowly and enjoy it. In other words: stop searching the happiness and star living the happiness.
♥ CHANGE THE PARADIGM: success does not make you happier.
The way to success is completely not what we think. The happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything.

So to be happy, let go that ambition, your money will arrive, your car, and the status also, only if you find the pasion of what you do.
♥ Surround yourself with positive and happy people.
Happiness is like a beautiful disease or virus that propagates around us. Being with positive people, thankful, enthusiastic, spreads wellness, and they give that special energy that tells a day with them is going to be pleasurable, comforting, and even more productive.
♥ Live today.
Today you have health, now you are drinking coffee, now you are snug, now the sun is in your face and you can breath, now you have a person that is with you, a friend that calls you, a boss that cheers you, today is today. Tomorrow are we going to have those things? Well… We don’t know, but, if we continue thinking about the past, or worrying about the future, it steals the life that we have today, that is maybe the life that can make ourself happy, but with a lot of mess, we can’t figure out.
♥ Work out your body
Doing exercises changes the day. If you were tired, you will be with a lot of energy, if you were worried, you will be less tense, if you don’t like your body, you will like it, also if you suffer from insomnia, you will be relaxed to sleep, which it brings good humor!
♥ Practice gratitude.
Saying thanks is also a way to live today, is an act of the present, of living your life today, because it’s in your mind every thing that is happening, and what you have. Don’t stop being thankful.
Stop a minute and write in a paper at least 4 beautiful things that happened today.
♥ Stay and help other people.
The important thing is the effect that can give you other people with their actitude. A simple gesture can make other people feel worthy, that they are not alone and we give faith, even without knowing.
I hope these tips helps you, and remember that you can start right now. Don’t wait the perfect conditions to start working in your happiness. That doesn’t exist. Happiness is a desition of an every day and is important stop searching it and start living it. So, focus on today, on the present. Take time to appreciate what you have, feel, and live today. Tomorrow, we don’t know about it, the past is no longer here. Maybe you have all you need to be happy and you don’t realize.
