A thought just popped into my brain!!

As always because I'm so curious and my brain REFUSES to shut off,,,but anyways!! I'm thinking about a scenario where Karl *didn't* get shot. Like, if the gunman wasn't there.

Would things have ended up more different?? Because I feel like Rachel and Karl probably didn't have enough time to talk things out before he got shot and maybe...PROBABLY....Rachel would still be alive and Karl wouldn't have so much resentment towards her or humanity itself.

idk just a thought. Wishful thinking even because I've been thinking a lot about communication in relationships so yeah lol
