Holostars
Today, it just got announced that half of the JP brand will be graduating. Last month they also announced that the group will no longer be producing merch or 3D streams.
Forgive me if I sound too pessimistic, but to me it seems that the Cover is just letting the branch slowly die out, which sucks. If they don't want the brand I wish they could have let them become indie but still keep their IPs, but that's hoping too much for a big corpo like them.
It pains me to see so many of them going off like this. I'm pretty much out of the fandom and switched interests by this point, but I loved Holostars with my life and the group still holds a special place in my heart.
If you don't know the group I still encourage you to check out their old vods, clips, art. Even if they're not active anymore, the former members are still so cute and fun to watch.
Regardless of what happens to the group going forward, I'm happy I stayed and supported them from 2020 to 2025. I made art, animations, silly videos, friends and wonderful memories I'll cherish forever.
