So, Thor/Loki seems to be one of the major pairings in the MCU fandom. I thought it was their onscreen chemistry that had fans’ imaginations running wild, plus the fact that comics Loki is literally gender-fluid, until I came across this today. Did…was this scene deleted because it didn’t add to the story or because it added too much to the story?

Suddenly, Odin telling Loki he took him to “unite our kingdoms one day” brings those 300+ arranged marriage fics into context on A03 xD

Gardens lie round about, bright buds open, the song of birds Welcomes the wanderer. Everything seems familiar; Even people passing by greet each other as if they were Friends, and every face appears like kin.
