Did you get the sprite head transparents from your videos from anywhere or did you make them yourself? I want to start making my own but I'm wondering if I can download head transparents from anywhere.

I usually download the transparent sprites from the wikia pages on the fandom website. I crop the body out and leave the sprite heads on the video by myself.
