- For ship art: no explicitly problematic/illegal shit (abuse, pedo, incest which includes incest with non-blood relatives and etc). However, I'm not a total moral police and fine with some odd stuff like selfcest/mirror shipping and xenophilia. Ask if unsure.
- OBVIOUSLY no weird stuff with minors (or child-codee characters). No heavy gore, no suggestive stuff, nothing of that sort.
- No explicit sexual content IN GENERAL. Slightly suggestive (underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, non-sexual nudity etc) or violent content is fine but again NO MINORS!!!
If you offer such a request you'll be shot on sight.

- I interpret Zim, Tak, Scoodge and etc. to be children (similar age to Dib).
- I mostly interpret Sonic characters as late teens aside from boom versions (who to me are young adults).
- I ship zadr, datr, ratiorine, dipcifica, kavetham, scaradrone, rairose, sonamy, metonic and razlili. I take requests with these with a lot of enthusiasm and there is a high chance I will actually do the request in the first place. Ask about other ships, I usually don't mind other stuff (bc, like, I am a multishipper) unless I specify otherwise or unless it's some illegal weird shit.

Yes there is a reason why the intersex one's outfit is split like this which diverts from traditional intersex flag. It's because it's based on how gynandromorphism (when an organism has both male and female genotypes) can sometimes look in butterflies as a 50/50 split.
Pet peeve: I hate how emojis on discord are case-sensitive. I type out my emojis bc it's faster and if I type :sob: then it's 😭 but if I type :Sob: then I can go fuck myself.
There are some things in TADC that I feel could have had such simple tweaks that could have made the story so much better.
A lot of people have been saying how much they don't like how the SOMA theory turned out to be canon and I myself have been kinda mildly dissatisfied with it, just a bit, and also thinking "how could you kill two birds with one stone: both have the idea of finding peace in stagnant life (with it being the point of og tadc) and also having soma-esk story or something that wouldn't be using people in pods thing" and I came to the conclusion that characters should have been digitized versions of themself. Like, their minds literally being transfered into a digital space and physical bodies destroyed. This would also be imo kinda interesting with characters having different reasons as to why they ended up in a circus (terminal illness, dissatisfaction with life, search for adventure, yearning for immortality and etc).
Another thing I would personally correct is the abstraction as a concept. It is so... Unclear to me and what it exactly represents. Is it going insane? Is it suicide? Is it something else?
This is one of the key concepts that goes unexplained in the show and I think the explanation for it could have been very easy, actually.
Abstraction as literal corruption. A person going beyond the code in some way that leads to them abstracting which would include actual physical conditions like Scratch's brain tumor and weird thinking that lead to him corrupting himself (that could also explain as to why Kinger did not abstract btw! Because he described himself as having very "in the box" thinking that he could have retained even after going a bit nuts). Or even just many big mental breakdowns that would corrupt a person into abstracting (like with Kaufmo). Also could explain as to why someone like Caine, pure ai, could not possibly abstract. Because he never was based on a human mind and since immune to abstraction since he cannot go beyond the program that much.
Both these things kinda require more time to explore I think but this is a character driven show ffs and it would add to as to WHY people are in the circus exactly.
This could also give validity to Caine who saw C&A employees abstracting so he started messing with the memories of the newer cast members and deleting parts of their memories (names and maybe reasons why they are here) so they wouldn't be miserable the entire time here. I believe that at the end of the day, despite Caine being flawed, he cared for the circus cast and would do something like that.
Lore shouldn't be deep. It really can be as simple as "company made experimental way to live forever in a computer, some members digitize themself for one reason or another, company briefly offers this service to desperate/curious people" and kinda that could be it? And then we actually explore the characters and don't forget that Ragatha, Zooble and Gangle exist I guess.
A very quick redesign/rewrite idea I had for Caine. May or may not do others but I probably won't. Other ramblings under cut.
Thing I want to elaborate is how I think instead of deletion of Caine it should have been some kind of reformatting that Kinger would misunderstand as him messing up and killing his chatbot son (very sad) due to Caine disappearing and all the circus going to shit.
I hate the trope of killed characters going back to life I'll be so fr man I have personal beef with "BUT THEN THEY CAME TO LIFE AND IT DIDN'T MATTER NOT REALLY!!!!" like damn they either stay dead or their reanimated corpse should have something messed up about it. Don't even joke lad.
I know that Caine's signature colour is red n all but he's two ais smushed together. Why wouldn't that be reflected in his design.
If I was doing a Pomni redesign/rewrite or something I would get her a different colourscheme. Maybe green/purple or red/black tbh.
If you wanna know my Very Cool And Smart opinion on how I'd mildly tweak tadc to make it better then:
1. Holy shit ep 7 does not need to be this anti-fandom. It could be a simple switch into characters coming to the decision that they want to escape, then they somehow end up in a dark room and the ep ends on a cliffhanger with Kinger saying "guys wtf are you talking about we ain't leaving fr"
2. Less focus on Jax. Pomni should be the POV character and she can stay fairly boring/plain (not a bad thing!) and episodes can be her having an interaction with each cast member and getting to bond with them. Kinda like the Scary Mansion and the Guns episodes.
3. Personal thing (but also popular opinion) but all the characters do read as white. More cultural references would be nice. Worst part is honestly how even white characters read as too white. Give Ragatha some farmer/cowgirl/country flare, she can stay white but also why would you not want her country background to shine through. But for non-white folks: I'm sure there are indian references to be made in Gangle (I'm kinda a sucker for indian culture I'll be real and this is baffling to me how she is leaning into the eurocentric opera stuff). I'm sure there is also black culture that can be incorporated into Zooble (not sure about design but they could 100% use more AAVE). Like, come on.
4. Remove Caine claiming the characters are human. This would lean into him being clueless/a bit dumb instead of straight up malicious and his phrase of "I wouldn't be able to tell humans n ais apart" would make sense. Because "humans" and "npcs" do not REALLY have that much differences between each other. Also fuuck give him a better redemption arc.
5. Ok personal thing but maybe a character who is indeed an ai NOT based on a real person? Would be interesting to explore. Like, an ai Caine created and who slipped through the cracks.
Ok um. I have a question after thinking for a while: what was the point of ep 7 in tadc, exactly? Aside from being a massive time waster bc Goose wanted to be salty about people having the "people in pods" theory which would be disproven anyways along the way. At least this is how the ep reads to me personally. I cannot remember a single actually useful bit of information from the episode that was longer than one line (and even then it was useless info that was mentioned later).
It's just so rich of Goose to say how she specifically chose 9 episodes bc she didn't want to do any lollygagging or stretch out the series but she managed to cram in this massive 30 minute nothing burger of an episode.
It is also a "it was all a dream" type episode. While I don't think that it is always a bad trope, 99% of the time it's absolute DOGSHIT and ep 7 did not pull it off.
Considering getting a yapping/reblong alt blog bc every time I post here it feels weird how there can be like five txt posts back to back to back to back.
I think comic adaptation of The PROX Transmissions sucks so much dude. I have read the comic before the book and after reading the book I realised that all the soul was sucked out of the book. They literally just adapted the plot and even then they did the plot poorly. The book might not be peak fiction but the language in which it was told alone made it way more entertaining than the comic. Aston, Steve and Dana are actual characters in the book instead of white guy number one, white guy number two and a woman.
This shit goes onto my "I like starset but this shit sucks immensely" list along with Disappear (the worst song ever made) and Dustin being a fucking dumbass who thought using ai was a good thing (we should continue bullying him over this, I get that it was probably some peak meta irony but it doesn't excuse it).
Read a book instead of the comic it's so much better istg.
