I finished my radiation treatment this past Monday. I still am suffering from side effects from that but in a couple weeks I should be back to normal. My first surgery has been set for early September. So in the mean time I’ll still be on a hiatus, just so I can get back on my feet. Hope everyone is doing well! Hope to write with you soon ❤

She knew, despite any of her best efforts- anything she said would just fall on deaf ears. Emma knew Henry would have nothing of it. He just didn’t understand- how much pain Riley through- just to stay with them. No, it wasn’t fair that he lost Athena - Emma agreed with that. She’d already had it out with the fates a few times about this- and again- her pleas had fallen on deaf ears.

Henry continued to cry in silence, slowly wiping away his tears with one hand. He just didn't understand how this could happen. They were Gods, shouldn't that make them invincible to death? Shouldn't they be able to decide who gets to live or die? Henry cleared his throat so he wouldn't sound like he had been crying. "Dad was a selfish piece of shit."
