L.K. tried to hold back laughter and it sort of came out as a muffled chortle from behind his hands that were clasped to his face.

“That was you?” he managed to ask. “Oh, poor poor Jae. At least, it wasn’t serious.” Patting Isee on the shoulder, “Well, good thing you’re cranking down the extremity there. Does he prank you back”

Isee pouted, “Don’t laugh!” 

She chuckled and went on, “Yeah it was…..I like to play around sometimes….who knows…maybe I’ll prank you next~?” she winked.

“So far he hasn’t….but then again, if Jae were to ever prank me, I don’t think it would be as bad as my prank. Knowing him, haha~” she smiled.

Isee's demand not to laugh only made L.K. snicker more. He held his breath in order to try to regain composure.

"If you prank, remember that it will definitely be returned in double," he replied with a smirk. "And yeah, Jae, is too nice to do anything horrible to his girlfriend." The two continued chatting as they travelled through the winding paths and eventually returned to the regular city area they knew. It was already dark by the time they reached Fantasy Idol property. Their dorm buildings were in sight and L.K. escorted Isee to her dorm first. When they reached the entrance, L.K. opened the door for her and waved goodbye. "See ya around. Can't wait for our collab to get started. And be nice to Jae," he said as Isee passed through. [[Sorry for the late post. I have company over and I'm packing for school. I will be returning this Saturday, so I probably will have less time to RP :[ ]]

Isee started walking back to the dorms.

“Well….I recently replaced his shampoo with my hair dye….t-that didn’t go well….I feel so bad….I try to do more “soft” pranks this time…like misplacing items….it’s our way of fun I guess” she giggled.

Isee let out a small smile, “Ok….and no problem…you really are. Maybe you can find the right girl one day, who won’t hesitate to contact you.” 

She got up as well and looked up at the sky, “It is getting late isn’t it….? I still need to pull one more prank on Jae before the day ends…” she chuckled. “Poor Jae, wonder how he puts up with me..haha~”

Chuckling, L.K. replied, "I still hope it's her." He checked his watch. "Yeah it is pretty late now. Let's call it a day and head back." While brushing his jeans down he also asked, "What kind of pranks do you pull on poor Jae?"

Isee smiled, “That’s good to hear…..I can’t believe that girl wouldn’t answer you…your’e such an amazing person!” 

She took a minute and rethought about what she just said, then flustered, waving her hands around, afraid that she might of triggered L.K. into thinking about her once again. “S-Sorry! I-I didn’t mean to, um-“ 

Oh, how horrible she was at finishing her sentences and trying to find reasons.

L.K. tapped Isee on the forehead with the dull end of his pen and gave her a smile of reassurance. "Hey, it's okay. Relax," he said to soothe her. "She has reasons. I don't think it's intentional, so I'm willing to wait. Something tells me she's been waiting a long time too." He closed his notepad and returned the pen to its rings. Suddenly, L.K. got up on his feet to stretch his legs. Inhaling the fresh night air, he let wash over him. Then he turned slightly to face Isee. "And thanks too," he said softly while scratching his head and smiling shyly.

Isee nodded, letting go of him, she looked at the lyrics and started singing them, adding a nice calm, yet powerful melody as she did so to the lyrics. She paused. Unsure if the way she sang the lyrics was right or what they had in mind, she tilted her head as she thought about it. 

“Was that alright?” she asked L.K. as she turned to look at him. “Was that the type of melody you imagined? Does it have an acoustic feel to it?”

With closed eyes, L.K. carefully listened to Isee sing the lyrics. He tapped his finger to the beat. When she finished, he opened his eyes and scrambled to scratch down a rough music score for the melody. "It's perfect," L.K. answered Isee as he continued scribbling. "Just the right touch of fragile and sweet, but powerful at the same time," he added.

Isee watched him carefully as he wrote down whatever he was writing. She leans a bit forward to take a peak. She then exclaimed and pointed at his scribble,”T-That’s perfect!!!!” 

Another wide smiled spread on her face, “Let’s use this ok?? It sounds so perfect!! I can already think of the rhythm!!”

She hugged L.K. suddenly with excitement.

Grinning, L.K. lifted his head and said, "Glad you think so. This will probably be the first verse and you'll be singing it of course." He let Isee hug him and then patted her on the shoulder. "We make a good team," he stated with a smile. "Now to just draft the rest of the lyrics and then revise them."

Isee chuckled, “Oh really?”

She paused, watching L.K. carefully as he wreathed. She blinked, curious as to what he’s making. As L.K. sets the item on her head, she gave him a surprised looked then smiled. 

“Aaah~ I see. That’s interesting!” She kept her smile and gently touched the wreath on her head. “I think I’m going to keep this on my head, haha.” She giggled. 

Then an idea popped into her head, “How about we base our lyrics off of this place?? Somehow integrate it into the song!” She leaned forward with excitement.

"Yup, I hate seeing things being thrown away if they can find a better use," L.K. said as he was delighted to see that Isee liked the wreath. "Use this place?" L.K. repeated. "Hmm. It would be nice. If we did a video, it should be shot here too then." Surveying the scenery with more attentive eyes, L.K. tried forming lyrics together. "I waited for you at our usual spot. A place in this busy city where time has stopped. Much like my own heart that won't let you go, but I've waited long enough to know that, like these wildflowers that stubbornly grow, I've got to pick myself up and hit the road."

L.K. paused his free flowing recitation. Swifty, he pulled out his notepad and frantically scribbled all the lyrics down in deep thought.

Just saw it this morning....

” Newcomer idol Sunny was spotted casually locking arms with Seo Group’s only grandson who has recently announced his engagement. Moreover, the two seem to share a strong resemblance. What can this be? Is Seo Group not taking the engagement seriously?”

… Oppa told me to be careful but I didn’t listen to him. If he gets in trouble it’s only my fault ._. What should I do?

Isee continued to sketch, still dazed about the place. But she managed to reply to L.K.’s question.

“Yeah, it is. I always try and find time to draw…I guess it’s something that stuck with me since high school.” 

She looked at L.K. surprised, “Oh really? Can I perhaps see your drawings one day?” She then paused. “Actually….” she came over to L.K. and sat beside him and handed him her pencil and sketchbook. “Draw something~” she smiled.

L.K. shook his head while waving his hands in protest. "Oh, no. Unlike you, I am horrible at drawing." He handed back the pencil and sketchbook. "I once was told that my drawing of a stick figure even looked like scribbles. My art teacher thought I was making fun of her." "I'll show you this instead." L.K. leaned over the garden to pluck a few flowers and their stems. Then he ripped out a couple sheets of paper from his notebook and began to meticulously weave the flowers with the braided paper into a delicate wreath. When he was done, he placed it on Isee's head and said, "There. It's not exactly what I usually do, but I like to take discarded things that could also be considered trash and make tangible art out of them."

Isee’s jaw dropped. Her eyes widened. She couldn’t believe such a small little oasis exists in such a town. 

Although her mouth was open, there were no words that Isee could place on her tongue. She continued to gape at the beauty of the small place, she didn’t even take her eyes off, as if afraid the place would disappear if she did.

“I-It’s amazing.” 

As if hypnotized, she started to walk forward without saying anything and looked around the place, letting her feet wonder around slowly. She tried to take in every detail. Then it hit her. She stuffed her hands into her bag and pulled out her sketchbooks and started to sketch their surrounding.

“This is truly amazing!”

L.K. smiled to himself as he watched Isee reaction unfold. It was hilarious how she basically refused to blink, but he held back his laughter. "You like to draw?" L.K. asked when he saw her pull out a sketchbook. "I like art too, but never had an affinity for drawing. I'm more a crafts person," he added as he made his way over to the center to sit down on a brick.

Isee’s eyes sparkled, “W-What?! There’s a place like that?! S-Show me it!!!” She tugged eagerly on L.K.’s arm like a child wanting candy, totally ignoring his questions. She was too excited about this place to answer his question. Typical Isee.

"Yes, there is," L.K. laughed. Surprised Isee eagerness and her almost ripping off his sleeve. "Follow me then. It's a bit of a way, so I hope you don't mind the long walk." They walked for about 30 minutes traveling through many winding roads and tiny alleyways until L.K. finally had Isee follow him down a set of cobblestone stairs and in front of them was a quaint courtyard with buildings' foundation, the little cafe, and a tall wall surrounding it. In the center was a circular garden full to the brim with multicolored wildflowers and enclosed by big white bricks that could be used as seats. Within it was the only street lamp that stood proudly to illuminate the secluded area as the sun was setting. The little cafe had a worn red roof and tan walls. Flower baskets hung from it's overstretched awning that shielded the two tables and their chairs from sun and rain. In front of them was a low black metal fence that had vines curling around the bars from the hedges that were planted in front of the fence. The cafe's door was closed, but dim lights glowed in the windows. Possibly from candles. The little old lady must have closed already for the night. "Well, here we are. What do you think?" L.K. grinned at Isee.

“Yup! I sometimes spend hours just sitting at that one spot I found. Before I know it, it’s already night time~ Haha” she chuckled.

“Hmm…I wonder if we can find a place we BOTH haven’t found…..” she curiously surveyed their surrounding,  trying to spot anywhere she hasn’t been. “I can’t believe I use to be a shut in.”

"That's cool haha. My favorite is a little alleyway that has stairs that lead to a small cafe that an old lady's been running for decades and the cafe's little garden." L.K. smiled. He looked around the area too. "Shut in?" he asked.

Isee shrugged, “I dunno…I never really have a spot in mind….I just let me feet take me wherever it wants to take me~” She giggled, thinking she must be sounding a bit weird at the moment. 

“Is there any particular path you like that we can take?”

Laughing, L.K. responded, "Nah that's cool. I like doing that once in a while too. Let's just follow the sidewalk then." He motioned to head in the right direction and then began to stroll along with Isee. "The best time is when you stumble upon a cool place you haven't seen before, right?"

She nodded, “Yeah, it is nice! I don’t really stay in touch with my friends from high school…heh…..I-I was never seen as their close friends anyway….i prefer the idols here…they’re all so kind!” she smiled. 

She finally finished her coffee and also sat back in the armchair. She closed her eyes.

“I could fall asleep right here and right now, you know~” she smirked. Her eyes opened. “Do you have a bit more time to spare? A nice walk around would do us some good, don’t you think?”

"Really? I only had a few really close friends anyway from high school too. I send them emails once in a while, and they make every effort to go to all my gigs and such," L.K. compared. "But the idols at F.I. really are all nice people." He smiled thinking of his new friends like Coco, Hana, Yongseong, and Rain. "Sure. Let's take a walk," L.K. agreed as he rose from his seat and picked up his empty cup. Isee followed as he threw out his trash and walked out the door. The crowd from earlier seemed to have dwindled. L.K. checked his watch, it was late afternoon now and the sun was beginning to set. "Wow, it's late already," he stated.  "Where would you like to take a walk to then?"

Noticing her slight discomfort, L.K. didn’t press the issue.

“So you and Jae really are a couple hmm?” he teased a bit with smirk. L.K. reached for his coffee and sipped at it with his eyes teasing with a sly look. “That must be nice mm mm.”

She pouted, “Stop smirking t me like that.” She giggled. 

“I guess it is…it’s always nice to have someone by your side. It doesn’t have to be a lover, friends are the best too!” she smiled.

Laughing, L.K. replied, "Okay okay. I won't do that." His smirk turned into a smile. "Yeah. Friends are good. It's hard though as idol to see other people other than people in our industry," L.K. sighed. "Good we have cellphones." Taking another gulp of his coffee, L.K. realized he drank all of it already. He placed the empty cup on the table and sat back in his armchair content.

She shaked her head, “No, it’s nothing. You’re not bother me, so don’t worry ok?” She smiled.

Her smile soon disappeared as L.K. asked her. She averted her eyes immediately. To keep things light, she chuckled softly.

“Haha…well….there was this guy who I was really into. I was scared to tell him that I loved him….and well…he left. That got me really down….I think I was showing that to easily, ha. I made everyone around me worried. So yeah…to close things off, I called him first, in a long time….we talked…I was able to tell him I loved him. And that was that. We couldn’t be together anyway.”

Her lips curled into a kind smile, “Then  Jae came along. Made things way better~ Haha!” She chuckled, returning back to her normal self.

Isee blinked. She then jumped in her seat. 

“O-Omg!!! I’m sorry! T-That sorta slipped, I-” she covered her mouth with her hand. “I-I’m sorry…i-if you don’t want to talk about it, I understand!”

Setting her coffee on the table, she looked back at L.K. 

“O-Oh…I see…..you should. You could be missing your chance, and then you’ll be regretting it. Like I did.”

L.K. lightly chuckled. "It's fine. I told you I'm not good at acting, and apparently if I'm bothered it really shows." He sipped at his coffee again. "Sorry to bother you with my problem." He placed his coffee on the table too and stared at his hands on his lap that were both palm faced up. "I was hoping to tell her once I made a name for myself on my own. But after that picture with Hye-Ri got blown out of proportion when we were on vacation, I can't seem to get ahold of her. I think she said something about trip too before that scandal happened, but I can't recall." He smiled sadly. "Now I'm worried she might not want to see me, but I'll keep trying. I've loved her for a long time, and I'm not give up that easy." He turned his head to face Isee. "What about you, if I may ask?"
