#ComeThru.. | Getting Thru Valentine’s Day 2016
As we embark on the first major consumer holiday of 2016, don’t fret if you’re not one of the millions of people who are accounted for in the expected spending of 19.7 BILLION dollars!
If you’re like me, 1 of many, who maybe spending Valentine’s Day under the title, #Single, #NotTaken #ForeverAlone, be encouraged to do something that’ll make you feel unattainably happy for yourself or others! If you’re in the slumps & dumps about not being wine & dined on Valentine’s Day, here’s a list of things you can do to improve your weekend!
1. Write a song or a poem
3. Go for a walk, bike or jog ( I should do all 3!)
4. Visit friends/family (The single ones because they’ll probably be doing the same thing you are, ha!)
5. Start a new Netflix series
6. Finish some work you’ve been neglecting
8. Make desserts for that dinner!
9. Rearrange your living arrangements
10. Explore a new artist/ genre of music
11. Go to a museum of any kind
12. Go to the movies.. (HINT, HINT, WINK, WINK: #HowToBeSingle & #DeadPool)
13. Give back to someone you don’t expect anything in return
14. DON’T CALL YOUR EX LOVERS!
15. Give yourself a mani/ pedi
16. Find some simple DIYS on Youtube & try it out
17. Buy yourself some flowers because it totally feels good.
19. Dance to all of Beyonce’s albums!
20. Acquire currency to attend the Beyonce concert!
21. Indulge in the fact that you can be completely happy by yourself & with yourself!
