Chicago has a lot of litter, but the garbage I see on or adjacent to 21st street strikes me as especially weird.

On the grocery run today I was saddened to learn that The Abandoned BMW of 21st Street has finally ascended to the big autobahn in the sky. Or more likely an impound lot on S. Doty in Pullman.
