WRIST: “It’s of two crosses which together look like "J” and “H”, the initials of my two boys, Jaiden and Hadley.  I liked the idea of a cross of protection; the thought that they are protected when I am not around.“

SHOULDER: "I wanted something that depicted my family history so I carry them with me and [the tattoo artist] suggested going down the Maori route but without any of the tribal stuff as it doesn’t pertain to me… it is the negative space that tells the story; my lifeline and those of my family with a bit of design symbolizing unity and protection… it’s only half done…”

FOREARM #1: “I was born in Iran, so I speak Farsi… I had a Farsi saying done… it says: ‘Without others yes, without you never.'  That is for my boys and my family, too.”

FOREARM #2: “I grew up in Canada… so on the inside of my forearm I have a Canadian maple tree with six birds flying around it.  Each bird represents someone who is close to me: my three nephews, my two boys and my half-brother.”

BICEP #1: “On the inside of my arm I have a massive, beautiful angel overlooking everything.”

BICEP #2: “…a set of four eyes on the inside of my bicep; one for each of my boys, my wife and myself.  I took close-up photos of each of them to [the tattoo artist]… they look too good actually.  Sometimes it looks like I really do have eyes on my arms.”

I had a thought the other day how vastly different Phantom of the Opera would be if the genders were reversed

I want to see a version of Phantom of the Opera where Christine is a guy named Chris who has a similar backstory except he's a super poor musician who gets a chance to take over the lead role because of his vocal training from his "Angel", basically just like the og story.

But the twist is it's like a 20 minute show because this beautiful woman with the most beautiful voice is like, "You want to live with me in this awesome cave and sing and write music and bang for the rest of our lives?"

And Chris ia just like, "Yup"

And she's like, "Well you should know, part of my face is deformed-"

"-Yeah, that doesn't bother me."

"It doesn't?"

"Not even slightly"

And the Phantom is like,

"Well I'm crazy jealous and possessive. I've killed people."

"Nobody's perfect."

And then it ends almost exactly like Some Like It Hot

ok this post has been bugging me for ages because that's not submissive. 'would kill a man for offending their partner,' is not submissive! that's nothing!!

Guard Dog submissive is 'would never move to violence, no matter how bad they wanted to, unless their partner allowed it.'

it's physically cornering the guy who offended their partner, restraining them, snarling at them, making them fear for their life, and then letting them go unharmed without hesitation because their partner said 'drop it. heel.'

it's also NOT 'very capable of taking care of themselves'! a guard dog is a fully domesticated animal. they require human companionship to thrive. they are accustomed to protecting others, not themselves, and they understand the world through a lens of obedience. Guard Dog Submissive needs their partner. they need to be dominated.
