I want to post my art but thats done from my laptop for ease of everything really and that is getting work done

Made some art last night while I was not sleeping to try and soothe my brain and looking at it now after I've rested,,,, I can never show this to anyone they will insist I've gone insane

#I mean I knew it was a little funky and def a vent piece but like. it's almost nonsensical and what little is readable sounds like #a much worse cry for help than it actually is #BTW. I'm not actually doing THAT BAD. I am having a reasonable emotional reaction to smth very private #and I just need to be sad and deranged for a few days (maybe a week) and I'll be normal again #let me wallow ok I have a therapist and I will be able to tell when this goes from normal feeling terrible to dangerous feeling terrible #I do not think that nap helped though. I feel uh. less real

Ok actually mad on this one why did sleeping make me feel worse??? Physically I'm better but emotionally I'm worse why would it do that
