My go-to treatment didn't work and neither did some of the new methods I'm trying. They've already been scrubbed with soap and water, so I'll keep trying new ideas until I find what gets this dye off.

Finally have time to wash all of my lps! These are all of the ones that need cleaning, and I plan on storing them somewhere new after.

Some are worse than others and need more scrubbing and attention.

While others just need a bit of a wipe down. Either way, I'll get them all washed up and get back to regular posting ^^

No matter how much I scrub, what type of brush I use, or even how I clean my pets, they still have smudge spots like this.

I've used mostly soap water and even acetone/nail polish remover, but nothing seems to get the smudges off. This rhino is the worst case, but my other pets have smaller smudges that don't seem to come out either.

Over the past few months, I've watched lots of videos on cleaning lps and read a few articles, but it still doesn't come off for some reason. I'm starting to worry it's permanent.

For context, I do store my lps all in one backpack which I suspect is the issue. However, I don't have a better storage system at the moment and keeping them in a backpack makes traveling with them easier. I do plan to get a better storage system one day, but my main concern is cleaning them up.

If anyone has advice or experience with stubborn marks like this, then I would appreciate any insight! :)

whatre the names of all of your lps? collection reveal when

Not all of them have names. Even the ones that do, they are pretty lazy since I was just a kid lol.

I've thought about doing a collection reveal, as in showing each and all of my lps in one big post/thread. Each one has their own story and I love to yap, so I find that showing them off through all my pictures one by one (wuth some repeats) is a lot easier.

If I do show off my entire collection at once, I'd definitely want to find a visually appealing way to do it. Maybe after I clean them up and find a nice way to set everyone up :)

Hello everyone!

I have some knock-off lps that I got gifted for Christmas last year and have been wanting to repaint them. The only paints I have are acrylic, but it didn't dry super evenly and left the pet with a weird texture as well. So, I'm asking for advice on how to DIY an lps.

Note: I'm not sure if the type of plastic is a concern/factor, but they're made of a softer plastic then the new lps. Likely something cheap.
