Helping you boost sales – manage quotes in LiveAccounts
You might have noticed that we’ve been making some improvements to the sales area, starting with changing the name from ‘invoices’ to ‘sales’. With the release of quotes, you’re now more in control of your sales process.
 Quotes helps you follow up with customers and make sure you close the sale. It’s an end-to-end sales process, making your business look more professional, and saving you from doubling up on data entry.
 Here’s how it works:
 Quickly create and send a quote to your customers. You can even create quotes on the go, so there’s no need to wait until you get back to the office.
 Set expiry terms so you know who to follow up, and when.
 When your customer accepts the quote, you can turn it into an invoice in just one click.
Track the progress of your quotes at a glance in the Quotes list. Quickly see which quotes have been sent, declined and accepted
Get started faster than ever
 We’ve also made it quicker and easier than ever to set up a new business In LiveAccounts. Instead of requiring you to go through the Easy Setup Assistant, you can now start working right away. All the setup tasks you need to do will be listed in the Getting started area of the dashboard until they’re completed.
 Streamlined business settings
 We’ve made a couple of changes to the business settings area, to make some of the features easier to find and quicker to access.
All GST settings are now on the GST settings page, including the Registered for GST checkbox, which was previously on the Business Details page.
We’ve moved the ability to invite your accountant to work with you on LiveAccounts to its own page, linked directly from the Settings menu. This no longer appears on the Business Details page.
