10 miles hiked at Silver Falls State Park . Afternoon started with some Loco Ono - BBQ and Catering for lunch to charge me up for the hike. Followed by hours of beautiful trails and waterfalls. And finally picking up Thea and getting some ice cream for the ride home. In the immortal words of Ice Cube, "Today was a good day"
