Unlike the Pacific Pufferfish the Blowfish we get here in the North Atlantic are not poisonous. They are harmless and extremely delicious. 🐡 I dredge them in Seasoned Flower, dip in an Egg bath and cover generously with Panko. Pan Fry on each side for about 30 seconds. Serve with Lemon Wedge. 🍋 If you don't have Tartar Sauce in your crib just mix some Mayo with Minced Sour Pickles. 👌 Eat them like chicken wings! 🐓🌊✨

I threw these Lamb Loin Chops on the grill. Salt & Pepper. 4 minutes on each side brushing them with Melted Butter, Garlic and Thyme. Let them sit alone for 10 minutes on a platter.. Serve! #SIMPLE and BOMB 💣 #KISS #KEEPITSIMPLESTUPID #SUMMERLOVIN' #GRILL-LIFE
