I've been growing out my hair for a couple of years with the joke of cutting it once I met a goal that seemed unattainable at the time. Well, that goal did get met recently, so I chopped well over a foot off and I can't believe that I kind of feel like myself again.

I've been meaning to get around to this trend, but my tablet pen decided to up and die on me and I had to hope and pray the replacement worked since it wasn't the same brand as the tablet, and thankfully it worked!

Mod Update: Unique Dark Wizards

I'm pleased to - finally - announce the latest update to my Unique Dark Wizards mod. My thanks to @lolian who helped with testing!

This update adds several additional townsfolk and dark wizards roaming the Highlands, and increases your chances to overhear dialogue that is more relevant to dark wizards, including conversations you may not have heard before. You will find more variety in both dark wizards and townsfolk in general.

Most importantly, the schedule of a certain top hatted dark wizard has changed fundamentally. I agonized over perfecting his schedule for more than a month.

You will also find some other minor adjustments, such as longer active hours near and in the Hog's Head, and other sneaky changes.

Evelyn fought to open her eyes, desperately clinging to her consciousness. She couldn’t be sure how long she was out, but her surroundings remained as dim as she remembered them to be. Pushing her upper body up off the ground, she scanned her vicinity finding it completely void of life. She glanced towards the spot where Rookwood had stood, only to find nothing but scorch marks on the ground. Her hand reached for the pendant around her neck—and found nothing. Her gaze fell to find it beside her, along with the broken chain.

It happened again.

Tears welled in her eyes, tumbling down her cheeks effortlessly. She never wanted it to end like this—she had tried so hard to avoid it, to find a diplomatic solution. Her anger had gotten the best of her once more.

She returned her sights to where he had stood, her lip quivering with her shaky breaths. “I—I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. Please, forgive me.”

She felt liquid drip from her nose and instinctively wiped it away—her heart stopped when she noticed her hand painted crimson.

Blood.

Her eyes darted just in front of her, spotting a jagged rock drenched in more blood, presumably what she hit when she went flying. Her spilt blood seemed like a measly penance for all she had done over the last year—to poachers, to Ashwinders, to goblins—to Ranrok.

Her heart leapt into her throat. Ranrok. He knew where the last repository was. He was still heading there now. And she had lost precious time.

Hastily jumping to her feet, she snatched the pendant and her glasses up off the ground before bolting out of the ruins. She needed to return to the Map Chamber—and hope that she wasn’t too late.

Meet Talina Pierce!

Born and raised in the kingdom of Kelrisa (Kell-rise-ah) of Ferulade (Fe-rue-laud), Talina was the eldest child in a family of four who enjoyed taking care of her sisters and brother. When she was twelve, a mysterious fire broke out in the kingdom in the middle of the night, and only a handful of citizens survived the flames, including herself. The fire gave birth to a terrible dragon scourge, an amethyst and onyx dragon named Saphira who conquered Ferulade and ruled with an iron fist. Talina is determined to find answers to who started the fire that claimed the lives of her family and created such a terrible beast.

My BIL wants to dm a pathfinders campaign, so I decided to design a new character for it, one that will show up as an NPC in a campaign I want to run

Ooh! I'm gonna pick Helen for this one, she needs more love 😍

I'm thinking she would be a poison-type specialist in the Galar Region, and even though her team would realistically only have about four or five pokemon, I'll give ya all six lol

Obviously, given the region I put her in, her ace would be Gigantamax Toxtricity, but if she was in the Kalos region, I would change it to Mega Scolipede

This is actually such a hard question

I think most people that follow me would assume I would say Victor Rookwood, but in all honestly I thought he could have been more of a villain, not just a mob boss that only shows up because his lackies can't defeat a child.

My mind drifts to Ghetsis from pokemon black/white since he was very manipulative to both his minions and the general public and abusive to N. He probably is the worse villain in the entire pokemon franchise.

That being said, my answer is Ganondorf, specifically in The Wind Waker.

Not only does he have a pretty compelling and sympathetic motivation for his actions (one that none of his other iterations really has, even his former self from Ocarina of Time simply had a wanton bloodlust for power), he has a really good monologue that he delivers before the final battle.

And as someone who loves theatrics, I enjoy a good monologue.

Helen never wanted to have kids—never saw the appeal in any part of child rearing and being ordered to chase after a Hogwarts student shaped her general indifference into loathing—however, Evelyn managed to worm her way into her cold, potion-obsessed heart.
