I went to my 9am lecture! And it was quite interesting

I worked on my lab report enough that it's nearly finished

I planned out my week and felt really organised

I had my first class in Swedish massage, which was interesting

We got an asda delivery complete with nice food, which is always exciting!

We had some really nice ready meals for dinner, then cuddled up to watch The Fosters (and eat ice cream) which was really nice

I went into town with RJ to pick up a few things that we wanted/needed

I got some work done after we came home

I made rocky road!

We had a really nice meal for dinner - cheesy garlic mash, vegetables, spaghetti hoops and a beanburger (RJ had sausages)

In my lunch break I found a computer to plan my essays and do some revision of cortical structures - I stayed there for an extra hour instead of going to a lecture on something I already know as well, so I got lots done!

I think I got some work done when I got home as well?

Leftover pizza for lunch

Amy volunteered as my last participant so I didn't have to rush out and find a stranger to do it which was great

Labs actually went quite well, even though it was boring and mostly statistics, and hearing how rarely my lab group went to lectures made me feel much better about the few lectures I've had to skip because of my illness!

I returned some library books on the way home from labs, even though they end at 5 and I was tired

I started a few little sections of my lab report after I got home

Cuddling up to watch the Fosters (I think - it's been a few days!)

I was actually ready for my lecture early which doesn't happen often

There was a slice of cake left over from RJ's lecture, so ve brought it back for me - it was yummy, and a really sweet thing for ver to do!

I collected most of the data for my labs experiment - I went to a starbucks on campus with RJ and met up with Guilia so that she could participate (and we had a little something to eat/drink), and while we were there RJ asked a stranger sitting on our table to participate too

We got the hopper bus to the other campus and bought egg and spoons (which we've wanted to try for a while) and walked home together which was nice

We made pizzas - one meaty, one veggie, and a little cheesy garlic one - with onion rings

Day Sixty Three: 4/3/14

What do I like about this photo?

The top of my other half's head (because I forgot to take a photo until we were cuddling and I didn't want to break the cuddle)

I managed to go to my seminar even though I really felt like skipping it, which I'm proud of!

I also handed my essay in on time and printed off the materials for my experiment

I started weaving in ends and sewing up seams on the cardigan I knitted

I met RJ's friend Guilia (I mostly sat in the corner quietly, but still!)

I'm proud of myself for prioritizing self care and staying at home for a productive pyjama day

When my other half got back from uni ve came upstairs and cuddled me for a while and then we got on with our work sitting next to each other which was really nice

I'm very proud of myself for getting so much done despite it being a low spoons day - I pretty much rewrote my developmental essay, and edited it with RJ's help later on. I also caught up on the lecture I missed straight away, got my lab group to do some work I didn't feel up to, and had a shower

I went to my workshop and all of my lectures - some of it was really interesting!

I treated myself to a fancy drink and some caramel shortbread from Costa, and took an hour out to relax a bit and do some charity knitting

I saw and spoke to a few of my friends in uni

I did more charity knitting in the evening

(With RJ's help) I made a really nice pasta bake for dinner

When I got home I did lots of work on my essay

I signed up for another massage course which should be fun

Knitting - I finished the cardigan I've been working on for over a year, and now I just have to sew it up!

I went to my lecture, had a really nice lunch, then went and got lots of work done in the library so I felt very productive!

When I got home RJ had boiled the kettle to make me a hot water bottle and cup of tea which was super nice of them

I managed to walk with them to Co-Op to get the food things we needed

The three of us worked as a team to make a really nice dinner (caramelised onion, spinach, and feta tart with wedges)

I discovered a way to make my desk chair even more comfortable which is great

I had a productive afternoon in terms of uni work

I finished another section of knitting on my cardigan, so I only have one more little bit to knit before sewing it all up and wearing it!

Day Fifty Five: 24/2/14

What did I like about today?

I managed to get to my 9am lecture! Granted, it turned out to be cancelled, but I am proud of getting up and out and it was nice to talk to one of my uni friends for a little bit while I got my breath back

I made a jug of fruit and yoghurt smoothie which is quite nice and will make for a different breakfast tomorrow if I want it

I got a letter officially telling us that the cute house we applied for is ours for next year, along with the date for collecting our keys etc!

I had my third (and final) Lomi Lomi class and it was the best of the three - I felt very confident giving the massage and got good feedback, then I had a half hour massage from two people at once which was very relaxing (if very strange)

The relief of putting on pyjamas and settling down on my bed after I got home
