[180408] LOONA’s 12 members' MVs hit 1 million views... 'Rising Star of 2018'

The 12 members of the '2018 Rising Star' girl group LOONA have all reached 1 million views on their music videos. 

LOONA who have yet to make their official debut have hit 1 million views on each member's solo single album music video. It's quite the incredible feat for the group and is proof of the hot interest the public has taken in LOONA.

With the concept of 'introducing a new girl every month', LOONA is an incredible debut project that will debut a total of 12 girls in order. Starting with the first member Heejin in October 2016, they've revealed Hyunjin, Haseul, Yeojin, ViVi, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, Choerry, Yves, Chuu, Gowon, and Olivia Hye after a year and five months. 

LOONA revealed a new member every month, releasing a solo single album in accordance with the members' names, and showed off each member's charm and musical color while gaining a stable fandom. What's more is they were chosen by Billboard as the 'girl group to look forward to the most in 2018' and entered the Top 10 of the US iTunes K-pop album chart all before debut. They're standing out as rising stars in Korea. 

At the same time LOONA have released member solo member albums, they've also released unit groups 'LOONA 1/3', 'LOONA / ODD EYE CIRCLE', and such for a total of 26 music videos. 

Meanwhile LOONA who have come a long way since 2016 have received much interest for their all-member centers, visuals, and various charms. They're now highly anticipated for their upcoming new unit's activities. 

LOONA will spend April as a loading time and plan to reveal their new unit in May. Seperate from this, they plan to kick off preparations throughout May for their new concept in June.

[180329] LOONA's Heejin is becoming the blue-chip of advertisers... selected as a cosmetics brand model

This year's anticipated girl group LOONA's member Heejin has risen as the blue-chip for advertising.

Heejin has recently signed a contract as an promotional model for the daily self-care cosmetics brand 'Avajar'. Known as the first member in the LOONA project, Heejin has the pros of a flawless and youthful image. 

Last year LOONA promoted as models in various fields for different brands such as cosmetics brand innisfree and Hanyul, as well as mobile RPG 'Law of Creation' before even debuting as a whole. As such, they've received attention and are being appraised by advertisers even though they're rookies.

Following up on this, LOONA's company BlockBerry Creative explained, "We've heard the many love calls from the advertising industry who've been keeping a close eye on Heejin for her clean and youthful image along with fresh masks. LOONA have been getting much attention for their creative debut project and unique plans."

The first member Heejin will also be featuring for the side track 'Rosy' that is joined by the eleventh member Gowon as a coupling song which will contain a special meaning through the meeting of the first and last members.

It’s it’s the hundredth day since I was revealedㅠㅠ I’m already 100 days old huh, it’s actually very moving..😢 From the day I was revealed until this moment I want to thank all of you who gave a lot of interest and love to not just me, but to all of LOONA. I always love you💜 A lot of things happened during these 100 days.. I went on stage and met with fans who always cheered for me and made me feel touched like I’d seen in my dreams, I’m very happy!!
