Tonight my friend took me out for an i'm-sorry-i-forgot-we-were-supposed-to-hang-two-Mondays-in-a-row dinner & my sister tagged along & we teetered on tall heels & all clinked our cocktails & it was a lovely forgiveness dinner.

i had a dream that you held a memorial service for the president of Australia in your apartment, then at least two more dreams that i told you about the first dream.

Music in the streets, stages crammed in stores--surprise run-ins half expected.

Sometimes a super stereotypical Friday night out with girlfriends--complete with creep alerts & the latest who-married-who--is just what was needed.

Today i ate breakfast around five, then later had dinner with the dad--parked in a church spot for Lucifer's Damned Good Pizza, we had the one one with salad on top, then a Chinese dive bar brew.

Last minute photographer for a friend of a friend at Hollywood's own Whiskey A Go-Go, buzzing all day.

"Speaking of famous people, that's Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Hundred percent." Then an old man parked his Cadillac on top of a Prius.

A new dress, a walk to a classic bar venue to see a friend sub-drum, a lovely half-birthday.

It started with the super drunk indie cinematographer & accidentally ended with a Vine-famous Obama impersonator. What a world.

A lovely day for a brisk stroll with my Freudian therapist aunt to talk about my best friend's recent psychotic break.
