to the people who need to have pouch food/baby food in their diet, to the people with any sort of feeding tube, to the people who need supplement drinks, who need thickened liquids, who simply cannot consume anything by mouth for one reason or another, or anything else that i didn't think of in time to list it here

Guys I binged my way back to 140…I lost a pound so I’m 139 but omg

Sooo I’m done trying to fast bc I’m to much of a fatass and I always binge. I’m going to try to eat around 800 cals a day!! Yesterday was alright I fasted all day and then got hungry at night so I ate a little under maintenance. Today I’m going to just try to eat things to keep me full and stay below 800cal😔
