Daily advice 2019-05-14 Heavy energy has been around us for a while and it has made us work with our problems. A lot of energy has been drained, but now we feal lighter and more satisfied. We have to leave a lot of emotions in the past and mive forward into our big journey that is ment to be, så do not be afraid of these dips, they are making us stronger and more aware of the present. People around us has a hard time to ”keep up” with our development and sometimes they don’t understand our words and expressions. Let them walk in their own path and do not force them into something they do not wanna understand, because sooner or later, they come back and say ”Now I understand what you ment”. Keep up with your work and trust the universe. We are now standing on the edge for something big and we have to let all the fear go, because it is gonna be amaxing. Push the boat forward, step by step and do not rush into things you do not live to do. It is gonna feel like the past is chasing you from behind and want you to come back, trust your heart and move forward even though it may feel easier to go back into old patterns. Second time this two month that I have been ”pumped” with bright light with blue sparks. First time I was outside, light came into my body, then a light ball was pressed out from my neck. Did really hurt. This time i was in bed, my stomach was filled with this light, like a balloon. 2 times, then I got the feeling again of the lightball on the way out, at the same place as the first. This time I stopped the lightball from leaving my body and it ”crawled” back in. Because this is the second time this is happening, I wonder if someone else has this experience? Daily advice 2019-04-26 There have been a "black cloud" hanging around that have made you irritated for a while, a solution will come today and it is gonna solve the troubble, it is gonna set you free from the anger it caused you.

Try to remind yourself not to be so affected by other people's negativity today. Even if you have easy reading of the feelings of others, it may be good to try to turn off this function for a while, in order to be able to work with yourself. Patience is the word of the day, which means that there will be a little slow progress, both in everyday life and in relationships.
Remember that honesty lasts the longest and if you have a feeling that something is not as it should, find out the answer instead of building your own theory in the imagination.
Although the answer that comes will not be what you want to hear, forgive the situation and move on. From darkness comes light, this will set your mind free.
We are moving to lighter times and everything is gonna feel more easy, just have faith.

Daily advice 2019-04-25 When the thoughts feels locked and the mind blocked, stand up and go outside for a while and just breath. Sometimes you just have to do something else to unblock the brain and this little move is excellent. 

Something big is on the way and we need to pay close attension to this moment, it is gonna be different depending on where you are in your life. If your vibration is low, you gonna be affected with bad feelings and a minor depression, so try to focus on higher your vibration today. Meditate, live in the present and be happy for the things you got in your life, this will make your vibration raise.

It seems like the people around us is in their own little bubble, just going on a straight line and close their eyes for things happening outside.
All we have to tell the people that still are sleeping is to look up in the sky tonight and they will start to wake up, as everyone know it is a process that take time, but be patient and do not push to fast forward.

Daily advice 2019-04-16 Quite a lot of things to do today, your schedule is fully booked and there has been a bit stressy. Take it easy and do not run around like a "crazy hen", it will only make it worse. You will manage to get everything done in time, just complete one task and then continue with one other.

You need to step on the break sometime and think over what you are suppose to do. When it is a lot to do, the mind keeps spinning away and this can cause confusion, with the result that you will not have done anything today.

Daily advice 2019-04-15 Everything may seem to go in the wrong direction today, but it is all because we have to learn from our misstakes. You can not controll everything that happens, some of it happens for a reason. Do not loose all your hope in the future, this will only last for a short time and you will get back on your feets soon.
So try to focus today on the things you already have, the things you love, if you do that, the bad things gets lighter and easier to handle, you can keep moving forward instead of digging a big hole for no purpose at all.

It is hard to fit in to the world sometimes, but remember - you are amazing! Maby you are trying to hard to get accepted and appreciated? Stop worrying of what other people think or say about you, it sometimes takes time to let other people in. So do not try so hard, go more easy on the crowd. You are what you are and can´t they handle it, just move on.
