Around the Sims 3 | This & That

I always play a lot during Christmas holidays, and it also means I always make “tiny stuff” for my game, but not a full set. That’s how it ends up with a This & That update! ;) First, I needed decorative foods for my falafels bar. I mostly made salads because it’s what I needed (plus the not so yummy hospital food). I’m not sure if I’ll convert more or not. Let me know if you’re interested in! I also discovered the PERFECT food register: Arsil’s ones! They let you select the meals you want to sell, so you can have your fast-food selling only hamburger, fries and hot-dog for example. So, I’ve remade few of my registers to work with this mod. Arsil’s cash registers are REQUIRED! Someone also made me realizing that I hadn’t converted the full cabinet in the Harbinger kitchen. I don’t know why I hadn’t, but it’s now done! ;) I got the request to make modern Supernatural closet, and the Sims 4 closets were perfect for these, so I converted them. I also needed coat racks, and though I was sure these had been already done, I haven’t been able to find these in my archived downloads folder, nor with Google, so I remade them: a recolorable version of the Sims 3 Store coat rack, and the Sims 4 coat rack, with and without stuff hanging (I had bet on everlastinggarden for that one, but couldn’t find it at her site). Forget these if you have them already! :) That’s all for now! People who have supported the site at least once during these 6 last years will be happy to download the whole update in one click instead of going through all these pages! ;)

FINALLY, so here’s the downloads to the tops I have been showing. The Skirt is like a bonus. I would say i’s mainly for photo shoots because when the sims bend their knees it goes through the skirt (IDK how to fix that Sorry). I enabled them for pregnant sims. This is my first time enabling it so cross my fingers they work. I would try it but none of my sims are preggers and ain’t nobody got time for that! They should be recolorable except for the Notched Crop Top with a pattern on it.

STARLIGHT ESTATE - an incredibly spacious home for larger families.

Easily the biggest house I’ve ever built! This is a fully furnished home with a master bedroom, child girl bedroom, teenage boy bedroom, unisex nursery and a guest bedroom attached to the rumpus room of sorts that will sleep three sims - plenty of space for large families! I’ve tried to keep custom content to a MINIMUM but there are a few pieces here and there; nothing that will drastically change the house should you not have it!
