So my morning starts with a small breakfast before takinf the dogs out for a walk, heres breakfast:
Apple, a tomato and 1/4 cup of honey cheerios, for all that amount its total is 120 calories :3
Im eating this with a cup of coffee, i only put almond milk on my coffee.

Next thing here is lunch, i was honestly kinda excited for luch since my mom made my fav dish of hers so, i did kinda eat a bit more than expected but well, its okay :)
Its pork with red sause and veggies with a side of rice, it looks messy bc i forgot to take the pic of my first plate ;-; but it was a bit still.
This is around 500 calories with the rice.
I had a snack since i wanted something sweet i had some yogurt w some oats and a banana (didnt took pic of the banana everyone knows what it is so whatever)
This was around 190 with the banana ;-;

And well i fucked up and decided to eat a quesadilla mom made me, i had a mid day and it turned out to be a terrible one but oh well it ok tmrr will be a better day. Didnt took pic of the quesadilla but im sure yall know what it looks like soo. Yeah, it was 173 calories for it, and i do regret it, yes i do.

Total calories for today≈ 982 calories
About my limit, currently in the app im using which is lose it, my limit is 800 a day, soo jqbdkqbsj went over by 183 cals... tmrr will be a better day 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
