Ok... My sound weird but the last post I made that my dad ever commented on was to a line in this song "If you wanted honesty that's all you had to say" and his reply was ... "That's right... So when I was listening to this song tonight and his service being Sunday I guess it hit hard tonight (because we are picking out songs for his funeral and this song came on.... But don't worry .... It hurts my heart to see a truck pass when im on the road... Because i think of you... I think of all of our truck rides to Tennessee and stopping at all the gas station... And jamming out to songs... I hurts to know that there wont be anymore truck rides... No more stopping at truck stops and letting me get WHATEVER i want!!😜😜.... No more of your loud laugh!! Yesterday was another hard day.... But it was a little harder being a holiday.... Halloween was the first holiday without my dad!! It was hard not only because he would go get the car when our legs were worn out 😂😜 but we had to walk those long streets without our protector and the one that would make us laugh at the top of our lungs... The one that would embarrass me and my sister in front of our friends!! I miss him so so much!!! All I wish is that i could have one more joke from him..... Today I heard another song we used to jam out to .... It was Pardon Me by Incubus.... (Great song of you have never heard it).... I started to want to facetime him(cause when he used to be on the road thats what we did when we heard songs we knew each other liked) and tell him his song was in!! And turn it all the way up for him to hear .... I miss you dad so much!!! On November 11th we will hold a 'Celebration of Life' service for my father!! I will let you all know what time and where when my family and i figure that out!
