Sleep , my most sweet fear

The sleep I love and seek for is something so relaxing in life. It's the time you get energy from and just is so good. The sweet sweet sleep can also be a fear. What if you are afraid of it? To wake up because you had nightmares, punching around you , falling into the deepest memories I don't see. But there is one thing that is worse than waking up like that.... living like that , when your nightmares don't stay just nightmares. The sleep effect comes not only in night. Not having any strength to stand up. Just being able to look around you but don't do anything. Keep that separated... for the best of you.
