Holding piss and shit...

I was holding piss in the office all afternoon. Then I went to some muscle training in my private gym, still holding piss. I allowed myself to piss a little bit into a cup, only to drink it directly after pissing. Very warm and salty :-) I decided to repeat that a few times: when I’m really desperate, I’ll be using my cup again, while keeping on training. It’s another way of filling myself up... The problem is, since about one hour I also have to hold my shit, which I didn’t expect. Now I’m in trouble what to do... there is no toilet anywhere in the cellar.

Any advice?

Drinking 1 can of beer every 30 minutes. How long can I hold it?

Inspired by http://www.xtube.com/video-watch/Holding-while-2-Liter-of-beer-1100115, I’m drinking one can of beer every 30 minutes. Right now I’m at the 4th can, already desperate for a piss and crossing my legs. I hope I will get through to the 6th can. Will post a video of this event soon, hopefully :-)
