My take on Dannika Greysteel and Copper Knobberknocker from Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden 5e campaign. I understand why Dannika doesn't have an official art, but Copper not having an illustration is criminal- just look at his description in the book- "Copper walks around in a fuzzy suit and hood that he made himself; although it's quite warm, it makes him look like a teddy bear." ...Unacceptable.

Something just occurred to me while (once again) scrolling through your blog (I love your art sososo much, the little creatures™ fill me with a LOT of cute aggression)

Lavr went grocery shopping with Rahadin... And while he does have thrist for blood you never explained if he eats normal food and to what extent; I imagine it won't satisfy him on the long run. So if Lavr still eats and drinks like a human, does it taste just like it would to a human? Does Lavr have a favourite dish?

Yes, Lavr eats human food because he is still half alive. Before he first tasted humanoid blood, he only drank animal blood. His family severely limited the amount he could drink, and he constantly felt a passive thirst without being able to get enough. After tasting humanoid blood (during one of the battles), he could no longer return to animal blood because of the taste. The more blood he drinks, the more insipid the taste of the food becomes. Now he replaces part of his diet with blood and drinks it every time he comes to the castle (and also during battles, even if he is not very thirsty, it brings more moral satisfaction).

As for his favorite food: he is a spoiled boy and loves good meat and cheese, wine, coffee and chocolate. He is picky about food and often may not eat if he does not like something. The only thing I can say is that he HATES FISH. Which is quite difficult on his journey because in the Icewind Dale it is the main dish in all the taverns of haha
