time travelling does not affect your pwps. you need to donate at least 40 things to the museum for upgrade, but there must be at least 1 of every category donated for upgrades. A good way to collect pwp requests is to swim out into the very corner of the ocean, wait 1 minute, then return and run past the villagers until one pings you. Good luck <3

yeah, i've donated over 100 things already and nothing :'( i just read at a forum that you need to have lived in the town for at least 14 days but that doesn't make much sense considering i've time travelled a lot and i never find blathers thinking... i even have t.i.y... i guess i gotta be a little more patience and wait

does anyone know if time travelling a lot messes up your pwps? i restarted my town not long ago and i've donated a lot of things to the museum but i still can't make the second floor renovations and my villagers haven't suggested anything for the longest time.... i'm starting to wonder if maybe time travelling so much messed up with that? anyone knows?
