I bet you spent your whole life believing that you were born to do something great, make a difference, do something special. Important. Michael, it’s the most ordinary thought anybody has ever had.

agatha’s gonna hate him lol. let her kick his ass
please educate him or kick him (or both). please.
mike is one of those racist people who have no idea they’re even being racist. he doesn’t think of himself as one and treats everyone he meets with respect--is still a decent person (partly, he’s generally an asshole to everyone equally)--but he racially profiles. he’s a conservative in every sense of the word--small government, anti-taxes, anti-obama. one of those “all lives matter, not just the black ones” kind of people. he doesn’t realize it’s racist--if he were to be sat down and educated about it, he’d maybe change his viewpoint--but he is. he’s a politically incorrect texan racist. and a slight homophobe.
the shop is buzzing. she feels like she’s everywhere at once, taking orders and pouring refills. she stops in front of them though. her smile is tired and weary, but it is a smile. it hides a lot, but depending on how this meting goes, you may get to learn so much more. but –WAIT, she’s talking to you.
❝ hello. ¿te puedo ayudar? ❞
he’s still high--heart racing, jumpy, feeling like he wants to peel off his skin and step out of it, somehow. casefiles stacked heavy in his bag and dark circles under his eyes still--no amount of coke can replace a good night’s sleep--he decides to stop by a quaint little shop near his hotel.
mike’s going to show his case to a few members of congress and he’s so fucking high. he’s surprised he even understands the--barista? owner?
