life update, ive been working an insane amount of hours and havent been on my computer in so long

i am so out of shape this is lowkey pathetic LOL

i tried to do a 10k steps video since i cannot really leave my house, got to 2k steps and am out of breath, dying, itchy, in a slight amount of pain, but I WANT TO KEEP GOING

i did a bit of a small arms workout this morning, hurt a bit but im definitely getting stronger.

i cant wait to get a gym membership and finally have a way to avoid my binge urges
