Inspired by the sweet potato pot Recently, I went to a Vietnamese restaurant called House of Duc Anh.🈯️ The table setting there was quite eccentric. This sweet potato glass pot caught my attention. I'm used to opaque pots and always preferred one but when I laid my eyes upon this glass jar 🏺I could see the tiny tuberous roots grown on sweet potatoes.🍠 It looked natural showing characteristics of material existence. Since sweet potato is large and starchy its always it's best suited on a glass jar. The young shoota and green leaves give it a rich texture on top. They can be even consumed as greens.
