For further context, I was invited to a dinner with my doctor (that I hooked up with during one of my visits, hehe. It's a long story). Anyway, he took me out to an expensive, fancy dinner in Manhattan. As he was driving me home, I was so nauseous from the wine, and my churning stomach was on the verge of letting it all back out, but I managed to keep it in then. I actually revealed my kink to him, as I had gotten closer to him for a while. Since he was so into me, I was hoping that he'd be interested in seeing me puke in his car (in a bag, of course.) Sadly, he didn't seem interested in it, so he just dropped me home. (We still talk, though.)
