For as long as I’ve heard and saw about breathtaking videos and countless stories about the mysteries and magic of the underwater world. It was a matter of time before I experienced scuba diving myself... Before ever entering first experience with breathing from the scuba gear in the sea, a scuba instructor will explain to new divers how to clear a mask, recover and clear a regulator, how all the dive gear works and will familiarize them with safe-dive techniques. The some basic rules of diving and some diving signals. Some ppl also have some time (5 to 15 mins) to go underwater in the pool and practice a little, but, not us. I and my friends just take 15-20 mins for learn some basic about it and go! 🙂 As they help me assembled my kit, I thought to myself- this is it. I took a deep breath, put on my gear, sat on the edge of the boat, held my mask in place with my fingers, and did a back roll into the sea. Splash! Chest-deep in calm turquoise waters... Breathing through a scuba regulator for the first time feels strange... you're drawing breaths while ur face is beneath the water. One of the best parts of scuba diving is the feeling of weightlessness. The buoyancy compensator inflated..the feeling of weightlessness in water is unparalleled, and apart from scuba divers, it is only experienced by astronauts in space. Scuba divers can fly up, down, left and right. I can move easily in three dimensions. I was excited to see vibrant colours of the coral reefs, fishes, sea turtles, sea starfish, sharks (No, I didn't see it :P ), octopuses (No, I didn't see it too :P ), and all the other amazing underwater life that we associate with. Never touch corals, fish, or other aquatic life! Yeah, A SIMPLY EVERYONE MUST KNOW! But, sorry I break the rule...I touched it, turtle. It’s also fascinating to see a whole different world underwater, oblivious to the happenings of the world on land. Enjoy the new sensations.
