Sincerely, *** Tell me specifically what you did and the results please, So I can learn to be a better Dr and help others I eat a primarily vegetarian diet. I eat beans in one form or another every day. I never worry about carbs or calories. I walk most days. I drink 2-3 liters of water. I have had very little hair loss. Not sure if that’s because of the way I eat, my vitamins or all the positive self-talk I spoke to my body prior to surgery. Tell me again What were your problems Well I wasn’t sure if I was eating correctly. Around the sixth month my weight slowed down for a while. I was wondering if four ounces was too much to eat at one sitting. I was eating only two or three times a day. In the past month, I have begun eating four times a day and the weight loss picked up again. So much of the literature out there is for sleeve patients and I always read about weighing your food. I know that the MGB doesn’t work on restriction. I just don’t want to overeat. That's a mistake Really you can eat as much healthy food as you like. Veggies fruit nuts whole grains and beans To cut back is wrong thinking. I have forgone the almighty quest for protein as you advised. I honestly feel fantastic. Wonderful Call again in a few weeks if you like I have some more tricks Many thanks.
