Why is sleep so much better when you take medication for it 😝

It is also at its best when I take a nap in the afternoon! It’s great as long as it’s not the right time to sleep 🥴

Writing really goes one of two ways:

1. Write 3k words in 30 minutes

2. Takes 3 hours to write 3 sentences

There is no in between
