There are days when I feel like a drop in the ocean. Worthless.Like my existence means nothing. Infact it feels as if my existence is merely a mirage. I wanted so badly to lie down next to her on the couch, to wrap my arms around her and sleep. Not fuck, like in those movies. Not even have sex. Just sleep together in the most innocent sense of the phrase. But I lacked the courage and she had a boyfriend and I was gawky and she was gorgeous and I was hopelessly boring and she was endlessly fascinating. So I walked back to my room and collapsed on the bottom bunk, thinking that if people were rain, I was drizzle and she was hurricane.

Thoughts of an Introvert
This is the first time I'm writing. I have restrained myself from writing almost my entire life because I always had the fear of being misunderstood, because I feel I'm not expressive or I should rather say I never have the right words to express my feelings. I was always scared to open up and being hurt. I still am. May be this is the reason I've never opened up to anyone. And I know there are many people like me. Too scared to come forward, To say what they really want to say, To love who they really want to love and more importantly to express their love without being scared of being hurt. I call these people dreamers, because more than anyone else they dream of freedom from all their fears. They dream of a world, or rather they make a world of their own where people get them, they understand them. This is the place where they meet the person they love the most. And this world, it's beautiful, it's perfect. More real than reality could ever be. It's perfect. How can one fall for reality if the love we're looking for exists only in fantasy? I wish I could fall for reality.
