Feeling the size of a house recently

Started marathon training like 10 weeks ago and noticed I've put on (what I consider) a lot of weight quite quickly. I'm constantly bloated and my clothes are fitting differently.

I tried to explain how I'm feeling to my boyfriend and he didn't even respond to the fact I was saying I feel uncomfortable in my body and needed help. He just said "ok" and moved onto something different.

I had to stop him and ask if he heard me. He said yes but didn't mean to not say anything, then immediately left for golf.
