I refuse to open up another blog so I’ll just use this one.
I started Bikram again yesterday. Felt so damn good and I was surprised that after 6 months of not attending I was able to do all but one of the postures. Going back in about 30 minutes for the 8am class. After I’m going to take some Salsa classes. That’s new! Should be interesting & hopefully worth the $45 I paid.
I really need to find a way to make this my daily routine. Currently, I’m thinking doing the Bikram on the weekends along with the Salsa classes (they end in two months) and finding a good yoga video to do at home in the mornings.
I’ve learned Yoga is good for me. I feel great when I do it. I just don’t have the discipline which is what I need to work on the most. Hell I need discipline in so many areas of my life but I think if I start here I should be able to incorporate it elsewhere.
