Taking It Too Far
Garrett looked at Leslie, calculating her every move with his own counter attack. If he seemed predatory, then so be it. Payback had been on his mind, and he wouldn’t stop until it was given by any means necessary. He knew that it would be hours before the janitor would make his way through the halls, leaving them with more than enough time for whatever would come about the situation. “It’s only fair. I used to do it all the time.” He still did, but that was beside the point. Garrett was only borrowing time then, leaning on one of the desks behind him, his burly arms crossed right over his chest.
She looked to be getting ready to leave, which made the man seem a bit unnerved about blocking her exit. Instead, he kept still, tongue dragging over his lips as she sat not too far from where he was. Her panties, yes. He did get indeed get them, still had them as a matter of fact. “You mean these?” Reaching in his back pocket, Garret pulled out the garment and hung it in the air, smiling as he twirled it on his forefinger. “Oh yeah. I got ‘em…And no, I’m not giving them back.”
Leslie couldn’t help but to grin, though a faint pink tint presented itself on her cheeks. She hadn’t expected Garrett to bring her panties with him, let alone keep them in his pocket. And yet, something about that set a heat wave through her body. In her chest her heart fluttered and she shook her head, attempting to keep a much more confident aura about her. “Who said I wanted them back?” A dark eyebrow arched and she slid from the desk, straightening out her skirt.
God, he was huge. Her gaze was drawn to the hard muscles of his arms, dragging over his chest and down his body. Another heat wave hit her. The effects this man had on her were too much sometimes. “Because as far as I’m concerned, they’re yours to keep.” She took a few steps forward, closing the space, but still out of reach. Part of her still wanted to tease him a little more. Leslie wasn’t ready to give in so quickly, and the look in her eyes let him know her games weren’t quite over yet.
