Sarah encounters a computer running "SEER.BAT" and goes 'Eaugh... What a pitiful imitation of my greatness." and then short circuits it by throwing wine on it when it starts speaking in her old voice and behaving like a more mischievous version of her former self; I feel like Sarah would find anything that acts similarly to herself annoying, ESPECIALLY something that's essentially her but morally worse and more annoying.

Oppositely, I feel like current Eve and the first concept i had for her would be besties, with Eve trying her best to comfort and help the other version of herself through everything she's struggling with, considering the first ever concept I had for Eve was only, like, 16, a skeleton, and was dealing with a lot more than current Eve is.

,,,and the first concept I had for gabriel would probably have a crisis if he encountered gabriel and quit gambling for good if he learned THATS what he would become. The original version of Gabriel was just kind of a stupidly rich idiot who always acted like he was a big shot celebrity rather than... The mess of a human current Gabriel is.
